  • Leschenault Inlet: A popular 5km loop, this trail takes you past the Mangrove Walk (yes, Bunbury has mangroves!), and boasts stunning views of the CBD. Take a slow walk, or even jump on a bicycle, the trail will take you from Bunbury’s towering lighthouse, past the picturesque basalt rocks at Wyalup-Rocky Point, to the natural wonders of Maidens Reserves trails in the south
  • Big Swamp Wetlands: Get ready to explore this wildlife hotspot that is home to over 70 species of birds, mammals, reptiles and fish. The 2.5km walk around this conservation wetland takes you around the swamp, along picturesque boardwalks, under a canopy of paperbarks and to a number of bird lookouts
  • Ocean Drive: Who doesn’t love an ocean view? The path running parallel to Ocean Drive is truly spectacular and will have your eyes turned towards the ocean. Take a walk there around sunset and chances are you’ll catch one of our famous South West sunsets.

Venues includes Green Door Wines, Evedon Lakeside Retreat, Ferguson Falls Wines & Cafe, Ferguson Hall and St Aidan Wines where the full orchestra will perform.
  • Bunbury 3 Waters Running Festival (13 April 2025): The 43rd Bunbury Marathon and Half Marathon, highlights the beautiful surroundings of the city. Featuring scenic views of the Leschenault Inlet, Koombana Bay, Indian Ocean and even includes a run through the Bunbury Big Swamp nature reserve.

  • Ferguson Falls Winery: The oldest vineyard in the region, the Giumelli family who owns Ferguson Falls Winery has lived in Geographe for over 120 years. Come for the wood-fired pizza, but stay for the view!
